She found yoga in her hardest season. Now she is bringing it to everyone who could never reach it.
Candice Momsen is a yoga coach in Cape Town. In April 2026 she launched The Unwind- a 10 weeek online restorative yoga program built and run entirely on BNK Connect. No studio required. No experience needed. Three sessions a week, fully managed through one platform.
34 participants enrolled. Registration closes 30 April. Everyone who joins before then gets atlas 5 weeks of the program.
