Join the weekly community meetup
Each week, we get together on a Tuesday morning to set the pace for the week ahead and boost productivity. Join us to meet new people, strengthen your body, and motivate one another.
What to expect:
- We meet on Tuesday at 6:30 AM for 5km runs
- Short introductions to get to know your fellow runners.
- All runs begin at Seattle Coffee on Loop Street.
- All running levels are welcome. No one is ever left behind.
Coffee and Connect
Coffee & Connect is a business network for founders, entrepreneurs, and creatives who want to share and grow. Sessions are structured, address real business questions, and provide clear, actionable outcomes over Cape Town’s best coffee. Limited seats. Shared Values. Business Clarity.
Coffee & Connect sessions focus on:

Heritage Day Run Club Celebration
We celebrated Heritage Day in a truly South African way; with food, friends and fashion. Cape Town’s Green Point Park was filled with laughter as we enjoyed foods from different cultures, and showed off gorgeous outfits that celebrated our diverse heritages. Different roots. One Community.
What made the event special:
- The community showing off its traditional cultural dress
- Sharing meals that celebrate different cultures and backgrounds
- Forging new bond through communication and presence
- A relaxed afternoon focused solely on unity and acceptance
End of Year Beach Run Club Event
We celebrated the year-end with an exclusive Run Club beach party in Cape Town. The sun was bright on Clifton 3rd Beach, spirits were high, and sharing success stories and gratitude went hand-in-hand with dancing, eating, playing beach volleyball and moving together.
The day was filled with:
- Group warm-ups, fitness sessions, and relaxing cool-downs
- Beach games and team challenges that got everyone involved
- Open conversations, shared meals, and fostering genuine friendships
- Community reflections on the year and future-focused momentum
Team Work On Padel Court
To change things up, the BNK Run Club brought its positive energy and passion for movement to the Cape Town Padel scene. The energy was high, and the mood was light as we partnered up for doubles, experienced the power of teamwork, and shared about our journeys – both personal and in business.
Our first-ever Padel event celebrated the early launch of BNK Connect, honouring the people who built the technology, and connecting with the early adopters who helped shape its future.
Our Padel events are all about:
- Finding new ways to move together as a community
- Expanding our personal and business networks
- Creating space for teamwork and collaboration
- Celebrating the courage to try something new

The anchor of the Run Club is the weekly Tuesday morning run. We meet at 6:30 AM at Seattle Coffee on Loop Street, Cape Town.

The event is open to all, but you must sign up to join. These are structured, business-focused sessions hosted by BNK Run Club with limited seats.
