BNK Connect | Inner Circle Agreement

BNK CONNECT INNER CIRCLE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

BNK Connect (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (2023/940577/07), with its principal office at Watershed, 17 Dock Rd, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, 8001 (“BNK Connect”),
and (“the Partner”)

1. Purpose: The Partner is being invited into the BNK Connect Inner Circle — a curated program for high-trust industry leaders who will support the growth of BNK Connect by referring users, testing new features, and amplifying the brand.

2. Role & Contribution: As a BNK Connect Inner Circle Partner, the individual agrees to:

Promote BNK Connect to relevant audiences within their network
Share their unique affiliate code or referral link
Provide informal feedback on features when requested
Represent the brand professionally in both online and offline spaces

3. Referral Compensation:

The Partner will receive 20–30% of the referred user’s first-month subscription fee, based on campaign or performance tier
Referrals are only valid when the referred user becomes a paying member
Payouts will be processed monthly based on verified referrals
BNK Connect may offer additional bonus tiers for high performance

4. Program Access & Visibility: The Partner will receive:

Early access to BNK Connect features
Visibility through BNK Connect’s social platforms and campaigns (with consent)
Opportunities to co-host events or activations
Priority support and access to strategy feedback sessions

5. Conduct & Expectations: Partners must:

Represent BNK Connect’s values with integrity
Avoid misleading or dishonest promotions
Comply with all applicable marketing laws and platform guidelines BNK Connect reserves the right to terminate access to the program if behavior conflicts with these expectations.

6. Confidentiality: Partner may receive access to unreleased features, strategies, or other sensitive business information. All such materials are confidential and may not be disclosed without written permission from BNK Connect.

7. Term & Termination: This Agreement remains active until terminated by either party. Termination may occur at any time with written notice. Upon termination, access to the Inner Circle platform and benefits may be revoked.

8. Independent Relationship: This Agreement does not create an employer-employee, joint venture, or agency relationship. The Partner participates independently and voluntarily.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
