BNK Connect | Insiders’ Agreement

BNK CONNECT INSIDERS’ PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

BNK Connect (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (2023/940577/07), with its principal office at Watershed, 17 Dock Rd, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, 8001 (“BNK Connect”), and (“the Insider”)

1. Purpose: The Insider is voluntarily joining BNK Connect’s ongoing product testing and community program known as BNK Connect Insiders, to support the growth and development of the platform by testing new features, sharing feedback, and contributing to community engagement.

2. Role & Expectations: As part of this agreement, the Insider agrees to:

Actively use the BNK Connect platform and test new features as they are released.
Share informal feedback via chats, surveys, or voice notes when requested.
Represent the values of BNK Connect in online and offline interactions.
Engage respectfully with the BNK Connect team and other users.

3. Term & Flexibility:

This agreement has no fixed end date. Either party may end participation in the program at any time by giving written notice. Insiders may be invited into new tiers or roles (e.g., ambassador, paid contributor) at BNK Connect’s discretion.

4. Perks & Access:

Early access to the BNK Connect platform, marketplace, and unreleased features
Priority support
Discounts, limited drops, or rewards
Visibility on social platforms or campaigns (only with consent)
BNKConnect is not a party to any contract between Clients and Providers and is not responsible for the quality, timing, or legality of the Services provided.

BNK Connect is not obligated to provide financial compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality: The Insider agrees not to publicly share or disclose unreleased features, internal discussions, or sensitive company information. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be required in some cases.

6. Content Usage Consent: The Insider grants BNK Connect the right to use content they create (e.g., testimonials, videos, social media posts) related to BNK Connect, with attribution and consent, for marketing, product development, and promotional purposes.

7. Platform Disclaimer: The Insider understands that BNK Connect is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed. BNK Connect is not liable for any disruptions or inconvenience caused during testing.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
